PDF Export and Bug Fixes

With this update the Ship Builder will now generate a PDF of your ship and its components with their stats, costs, descriptions, and rules. Several bugs reported in the comments have also been fixed: 

• Choosing Crit when picking bonuses on a Best-quality weapon will now properly reduce the number of successes needed.
• Weapons should now reflect their improved or worsened quality on the Export screen.
• Rules of the Storm Drop Pod Bay have been correctly linked to the component.
• The Small Craft Repair Dock's Spare Parts rule has been distinguished from the Ship's Store's Spar Parts rule. 
• Orion-class Hull now has its Keel weapon mount.
